History of Regis, Colorado
Regis, Colorado was chartered in February, 2008. Formerly
a suburb of Greeley, Regis has made its own mark in northern Colorado. Regis
has many dairy farms and cattle ranches, as opposed to the many cattle feed-lots
in neighboring areas. Fresh milk, cream, butter and other dairy products are
local specialties. Close to the Rocky Mountains, Regis also has many bed and
breakfasts for skiers and hikers alike.
